These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batjii ("batjii", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the batjii website, mobile platform, sports betting services, casino games, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on batjii, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

batjii is an online betting and gaming platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Platform, including sports betting, live cricket betting, slots, live casino games, and virtual sports. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and use the batjii Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Use of this Platform by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of or depositing funds for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from batjii or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of batjii.
• Your participation in online betting and gaming does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

batjii reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be voided.

Each individual may register one account only on the batjii Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. batjii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify batjii immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

batjii operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its commitment to safe and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account)
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds set by batjii's compliance team

Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts. batjii reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documents have been received, reviewed, and approved. The KYC review process typically completes within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

batjii accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer where supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳500,000, subject to the limits of your chosen payment provider.

Deposits are processed in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Funds will be credited to your batjii account balance immediately on confirmation. batjii does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• batjii reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a batjii account and wagered. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• Currency: all balances on batjii are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. batjii does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply transaction fees.

Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 18 to 20 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. batjii aims to review and approve all withdrawal requests within 2 hours during operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6).

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the batjii account holder.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• batjii reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above ৳100,000.
• Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player are the player's sole responsibility.

All sports bets placed on the batjii Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, league, and market selected at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on batjii:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your transaction history. batjii reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including during live in-play markets.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select and the time the bet is processed, batjii will notify you of the new odds and offer you the opportunity to accept or decline.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of a match abandonment, postponement, incorrect odds being offered due to a technical error, or other circumstances outlined in the sport-specific rules. Voided bets are returned as stake credit.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum limit which batjii may revise from time to time. The current maximum payout limit is displayed at the point of bet placement.
• BPL, IPL, and T20 Matches: Cricket-specific rules including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, reduced-over matches, and Super Over outcomes are governed by the full Cricket Betting Rules document available in the account help section.

batjii offers a casino game library including slots, live dealer table games, virtual sports, and other casino products supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules govern casino game play on the Platform:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under studio conditions. Game outcomes are fair and cannot be influenced by batjii or by the player.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider and are available in the game information panel within each title.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game round will be completed automatically according to the game engine's logic. batjii is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• If a casino game malfunctions during play — producing an error, an unresolvable game state, or an incorrectly displayed outcome — the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game round are displayed within each game and may vary between titles and providers.

From time to time, batjii offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the point it is made available. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("WR"). The WR multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. For example, a 10x WR on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Sports bets contribute at the rate stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be met within the stated completion period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: batjii reserves the right to withdraw, void, or recalculate any bonus if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus conditions. This includes but is not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or using automated betting strategies.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

batjii is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladeshi players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every account holder free of charge from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total net losses permitted on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and session end prompts when you reach your chosen session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from betting of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for review but no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the batjii Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batjii Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or corrupt betting
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes
• Colluding with other players in multi-player casino games or poker
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment claims against batjii
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing batjii staff or other players

batjii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Request by the account holder to close the account

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, batjii reserves the right to withhold and void any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Genuine real-money balances not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the verified payment source.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjii's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their batjii account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

batjii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if batjii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

batjii shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages.

batjii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

batjii will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, necessary for the provision of payment processing services, or otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption.

batjii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the version published at https://batjii.net/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.
